My weight loss challenge Day One!

OK so as I mentioned before I am on a wait loss challenge with a goal to lose 70lbs. I weighted in at a whopping 276 lbs. I have been hovering around this number for the last couple of years. My ideal weight I would like to see myself at is 200lbs.

I am tracking my calorie intake through Lose It! and I have set a goal of losing 2lbs. a week. At this rate my calorie intake for the day should be 2150 calories a day. For my first day where I did not have a coke, candy bar, or fast food I only eat 1300 calories.

I am going to do a better job over this coming week on eating more food that is health for me so I can get to my 2150 calories a day. My weight loss challenge

My wife just introduced me to Lose It! It is a web site that helps you track your weight loss goals through your calorie intake and the amount of exercise you do. I have a goal to lose 70 pounds! That is right I am not a little guy. I never really was. I play offensive and defensive line on my high school football team. Here is a picture of my wife Adrea and I. I try not to get my picture taken so I don’t have evidence of how fat I am.

Anyways back to the program, I am going to update this weekly on my progress. Basically I am going to track my calorie intake each day and keep my calories at my target number each day. I am also going to incorporate some type of exercise as well like walking, running, or one of the many workout videos I have at my house.

What is really cool about Lose It! is that they have an Android Mobile app that I have downloaded on my smartphone. This way it should be a little easier for me to keep track of my activities.

If you don’t have a smartphone are if you are paying to much for your service you should take a look at Solavei. Quality Family Time

In today’s fast pace world we all need to stop and ask ourselves “Are we spend enough quality time with our families?”

I am 35 years old married and have four kids. My oldest is seven and my youngest is 1 1/2. It seems like it was just yesterday that we brought our first kid home from the hospital. My wife and I had not clue on what we needed to do to take care of this little bundle of joy. Now she is seven years old and is already wanting to spend more time with her friends. My little girl is growing up. Soon it will not be cool to spend time with dad or mom.

My wife and I sat down and asked ourselves if we where spending enough quality time with our kids? And the answer was NO! Quite honestly most of our time was spent in front of the TV. We knew we needed to make a change so we sat down and figured out some inexpensive activities we could do as a family that did not cost to much money.

Some of the things we have decided to do is go fishing, hiking, playing at a park, going to state parks, taking walks and riding bikes in our neighborhood, and going to the baseball field here in town.

Fishing has really taken off this year with my two oldest kids. All I have to say is do you want to go fishing and they are jumping into my truck. As a matter of fact we are taking them all fishing for Labor Day. We are also going to bring a small grill with us so we can do a cook out/picnic as well.

While we are out fishing the kids like to listen to music. I make sure I bring along my smartphone so we can listen to Pandora. Solavei is a cell phone service provider that provides unlimited talk, text, and data for $49 or less a month. That is right I said or less. If you bring over you friends and family Solavei will pay you monthly as long as your customers have an active service. For more information on how you can get this service from Solavei contact me!

Solavei Scam or a Great Opportunity? You be the Judge!

Whenever a new player comes on the scene with a slightly different vision the naysayer’s chorus begins… Solavei is a Scam!

Is Solavei a Scam?  Far from it!

Ignore the uninformed and misinformed because here are some facts that clearly show why this will be a very unique and potentially lucrative business opportunity.

Solavei uses the T-Mobile Network

Solavei operates as an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) through a strategic partnership with T-Mobile USA.

That means that Solavei is a wireless communications services provider that does not own the wireless network it uses to provide services to its customers.

Solavei has a reseller business agreement with a T-Mobile to obtain bulk access to network services at wholesale rates…. Then resell them to you.

Solavei Markets through Customers

Solavei uses a direct marketing – network marketing strategy to advertise and sell its services. This is a very common marketing structure that builds a network of affiliate resellers who operate and advertise independently.

In so doing, Solavei eliminates the hundreds of millions of dollars for advertising typically spent by major retail corporations and the equally costly retail outlet network that is bringing many corporations to their knees.

This money is then paid as commissions and bonuses directly to the network of resellers who work as independent operators while selling within the companies guidelines.

Anyone familiar with the network marketing giants like Shaklee, Amway, Kirby, Mary Kay, Herbalife and others understand how successful a marketing structure like this can be…

Not to mention that some of these companies have used MLM marketing as the basis for their marketing for over 50 years. It has long ago been proven that network marketing is the fastest growth vehicle for any company.

The Solavei Management Team

Solavei has an impressive management team starting with the CEO and Founder Ryan Wuerch who has an extensive background in Telecommunications and business.
